Owned a mobile home here for well over 3 years now, never had any problems other than when I was late with rent once, but that isn’t their fault. I highly suggest you not be late or you’ll quickly have an eviction. Other than that the community itself has been better than top notch and have always felt safe and peaceful.

Really nice park, I sell sheds and our sheds would pair nicely with this beautiful park (Georgie- with Classic buildings of Kansas City) on hwy 40
