Catastrophic failure. First off the corporate office never reads any notes, returns phone calls, or tries to do anything other than upsell. Secondly, I tried this company for the first time this year and paid a year in advance. 1/3 of my lawn is destroyed and all of my landscaping beds are overrun with weeds I’ve never seen in years prior. They just sent me a bill for $139 even though I paid a year in advance. Do NOT waste your time with this company.
11/4/25 update:: problem with being charged is remedied and Dawn gives amazing customer service and is the only reason I’m giving a 3 star review is because of her exceptional service. The local manager is good as well (Jon) with regard to problem solving, but I did not receive a good product.
