Tracy was really helpful with our passport renewal. Call before you go and get a list of exactly every document you need photocopied and it should go smooth.

There is no need to be absolutely rude to customers for no reason. If someone is missing something they need (that is not even on the website) you can still be kind!!!! I was embarrassed in front of the whole store when the RUDE lady working yelled at me to change my shirt since it was white. Also a copy of the BACK of my birth certificate?? There is nothing on the back?? Do your job and stop making other people embarrassed for no reason. I shouldn’t cry leaving the post office, but she must be miserable to treat people like this.

Went by the website directions to come in between 9&10 for walk ins because it wouldn’t let me make an appt online. When we arrived, both ladies were incredibly rude because we did not have an appt and made us feel like a huge inconvenience. Years ago we had our passports done here and it was a great experience so we decided to make the trip again. Never again. When I told the lady there was a way to speak to us without making us feel like such an inconvenience, she said, “I think we have been very kind”. Definitely not.

We visited this location today to buy a stamp and drop a card in the mail. I explained to the clerk Tracy that I was teaching my 4 year old son how the US Postal System works by mailing a letter and she was so excited to help teach him! She let him pick out the exact stamp he liked, counted out the change owed, let him place the stamp on the envelope, and then escorted us outside to show him the drop box. She showed him where the mail goes, how it gets scanned and explained the whole process step by step. She mentioned that she was passionate about mail and it showed! I really appreciated her taking the time to explain everything - she went above and beyond her duties!

Just because someone doesn’t look disabled, doesn’t mean they aren’t. It was INCREDIBLY rude to walk up to me and say “you’re parked in a handicap spot” just because I can walk. Your team needs more training. This was at 2pm on September 28th. A shorter blond ish middle aged lady was the women who said this.

I checked the PO website and this location is listed as accepting General Delivery. I called to confirm they accept General Delivery. I was told no, and that no Post Office performs General Delivery service. I think someone needs to be educated on the services offered.

Just had the best experience ever. The woman who helped my family get passports today was just the coolest and so helpful and efficient. Made what could’ve been an extremely stressful situation with a toddler totally stress free and quick. This mom is so grateful!!

I wish I could give this place lower than one star. They are literally only open one hour on Saturday. They couldn't even bother to give me my priority two day mail the one hour they were there and they're super rude. Don't recommend it if you can avoid it.
