Went in with someone else. Not a lot of customers in the store, if any at that particular time. We were pleasantly & professionally greeted when we entered by a nice gentleman. He led my friend right to the spot to enter in information & then finished the contract with her. He even loaded the item into the vehicle. Staff was awesome. Their prices & product, and prices for the product were a bit outlandish to me but I understand why. Nice people.

Great Selection , Wonderful Staff , I've Bought 3 different Items From Aaron's In The Past And Had To Come Back To Aaron's Recently . Some Prices are High , But Some Prices Are Reasonable . Aaron's Has To Make Money To , To Stay Open To Service Us .

I only gave 1 star because i had to in order to post.. As a long time customer of Aaron's I can say I am very disappointed. We have several payed out accounts and we were treated like nothing we have always communicated with them and made our payments. Now I'm not gonna sugar coat it there have been a few times payment has been late the last was when my mom had a quadruple bypass and they did work with me. However my young child was playing in our living room and accidentally hit our TV and cracked the screen. Now mind you we payed an extra $9 a month for insurance on the TV for protection. They told me they would not fix it and that if we didn't make the payment which im not gonna pay for a broken TV I cant use and well where's my insurance to cover it that they would come and get my furniture as well and never rent to me again. FINE come get the stuff and I will go else where. I have been doing business with them for many years and this is how they do me in the end. I would strongly encourage everyone to never rent from them it will happen to you. I have 3-4 payed out accounts and have been a customer since 2009. Rent One is way better.

Wasted my time filling out an application just to find out they are credit based. Thanks for lowering my credit score and wasting my time. Hope your good credit policy bites you where the sun don't shine. Credit means nothing without income. Nice employees, bad business. Go figure.
