“Kristen was very courteous and informative. She helped me understand why some charges would incur. My bank card was hacked and I had to get a new one. Kristen was a big help. She would get 5/5 stars.
The reason for 4/5 stars overall is because I don't believe if I was hacked and I didn't make the purchases that I should be charged $30 for the fraud department to investigate. I received an automatic notification about the charges and I replied that I did not make those purchases. Yet I have to pay to have them investigate? And not a small amount but $30!!! That's crazy!! I live on a fixed income. I have to budget everything down to the penny but you want $30!!! I might have to look into the services of other banks in the area. Been banking here for a long time and hate to do it but y'all are charging for something that wasn't my fault. Yet, you charge so someone can investigate. Don't they get paid to do that, in that department, with their wages??”

I was really struggling this week and i was just about to give up. The worker Alyssa at this bank was so sweet and helped me out tremendously.
