They seem to be having an ongoing problem with the a/c keeping up. About every other time the store is muggy. It's not the employee's fault has much to do with cooperate.

I visited Casey’s on Pine St and was met with a crowded scene—over a dozen people waiting in line, creating a bottleneck right at the entrance. The store’s layout, with the service desk positioned near the door, feels poorly designed for handling such a high volume of walk-in customers, leading to congestion and some tense interactions among those waiting. While this location is the closest to my home, the experience makes me prefer driving to the Casey’s on Hwy. 53.
On a positive note, the pizza was delicious, and the two kitchen staff members were friendly and efficient. The cashier seemed overwhelmed by the crowd, and I felt for her as she managed the rush. A larger space or better crowd management could greatly improve the experience here.

This place does not care about their customers! Was traveling and decided to grab 6 slices of already cooked pizza. This was for 4 people that I had to get for quickly. I did not take all the pizza that was on the floor. There were still 3/4 slices left. The lady working at the counter on March 29th 2024 around 6:30 pm (could not see her name) told me “Next time YOU need to call ahead and order” which I felt was already rude in the first place. I told her I didn’t have time and honestly felt I shouldn’t have to explain myself. Then, my husband calls up to speak to the kitchen manager who expects customers to leave a full pizza on the floor and said technically it’s company policy.. like they didn’t want to make more. Not to mention the quality of my pizza was awful. The staff working tonight had no customer service and did not care how they speak to us. They expect customers to leave a full pizza on the floor, not their workers. Here is a photo of their “full sliced sausage pizza”

My really only complaint is this is my one stop to work and coffee creamer machine is always out or out of order need to take tips from the new Casey's on south

Ok so this really is crazy that I was charged almost ten bucks for a slice of pizza and this here wrap that I’m going to add this is just shell rolled up pretty much and no I won’t recommend

The women in charge of this place are hateful. They don't know what customer service is. Rude everytime in go in there and there is a rumor that they are stealing credit card information at the register. I hate shopping here but its the only place for miles.

Nothing special just another convenience store Friendly people for the most part Quick Service always fresh coffee little stinky on the donuts and then throw them away right there at the end I don't wait for the customer so I'm on my way and I love a donut I don't care if it's 9:45 at night 2:00 tonight I love a donut more than a couple of them

I bought gas there so I decided to buy a couple slices of pizza. I took a bite and the crust was raw so I threw it in the garbage.
