I always have a great experience at First Midwest Bank! The staff is so friendly and helpful every time I go in. They always greet you with a smile, and it truly makes a difference. Terri is especially wonderful, she is always so kind, professional, and ready to help with anything I need. All the employees there go above and beyond to make banking easy and pleasant. I appreciate their outstanding customer service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

I got something notarized for free because I have an account there. They were knowledgeable and proficient. I love my bank. They have 4 or 5 branches in Poplar Bluff. Some of them are open late and weekends. I even have overdraft privileges. Thank God that I have never needed them.
