Confirmed what needed to be done, took measurements & made a couple suggestions to specifically address our challenges. Came back the next week with all the right parts & pieces to make the changes needed. Double checked and happily tightened a couple loose bolts before leaving, assuring us that if we needed anything else, help was just a phone call away. From the very first phone call, everyone went above & beyond on our behalf. Very pleased indeed !!!”
