I orded a dishwasher said deliver on the 30th witch was Friday checked on it well it may be in Tuesday got a bunch of run around and was told if I don't want it 25%restocking fee will never set foot in this store again this is the 3rd time I got perked around there 4rd time is the charm

Personally I like menards. Always find what I'm looking for .and most usually have in stock what I need. And I can get in and out pretty quick.

First wanna say I gave 2 stars because of Destiny she was a real sweetheart and if we do return it'll be because she saved yall a customer. Now I had an electric cart and when we finished shopping my husband and I were headed to the doors talking when ma'am was screamed 4 times very loudly and very rudely my way not paying complete attention as like I said I was talking with my husband on how he was gonna go get the car and me and the kids were gonna wait for him at the door. Ramona on the fourth MA'AM hollered my way it caught my attention asshe was talking to me. I locked eyes with her and she said you are not allowed to take the carts outside very loud and very rude!! Well first off Ramona I had no intentions to take the motor cart outside and surprise yall are not the only store here in Poplar Bluff that ask you not to because the wheels get messed up on the concrete. You didn't have to assume or be rude. Our 8. Year old little girl was like mommy why is she being rude I said some people are just hateful. Ramona is a manager and as a person who has management experience that was uncalled for and unprofessional!!! Get it together!!!

Went to poplar bluff for paint to do trim around the house, was talked into the menards brand paint. I will sat there is no way I will ever waste my time or money on thier paint again. Watered down to the point intakes 4 coats to get coverage . Lesson learned

This location needs to update their inventory stock numbers. I drove nearly 2 hours here because other nearby Menards did not have, only for them to not have it either. Any compensation for the inconvenience? None. Did I get my refund that day? No also.
