Josh was super informed and we bought a new Gas Grill, Weber, with their awesome flavor bars of special porcelain over steel. Trust me Weber Flavor bars are beyond flavorful... Super Friendly staff too. They delivered it and set it up too. So Cool, but buy the Weber over any other BBQ, because of their patented Porcelain Flavor bars... We thank everyone ? ? at their nice Super hardware store too...

The couple of times that I've been there I felt like the customer service was excellent and they appear to have had a lot of items available although I wasn't always able to find what I was looking for they were very helpful and where else to look for those items and I thought the overall experience was very good

I went to Pack's because I was working on a unique plumbing problem with my pedicure chair & I was in a hurry. I needed some expert advice, a few plumbing parts in a hurry. They cheerfully greeted me at the door & asked if I needed help. I explained my problem, they offered a solution, I bought it & it fixed my chair. ? It is a small store compared to Lowes or Home Depot which means I didn't spend 15 minutes walking from one side of the store to the other. Instead I was in and out of Pack's in 10 minutes. It was a pleasant experience!
