my storage unit was broken into twice. I list all my jewelry, some furniture and some clothes. They never called my emergency numbers or sent an email. I cleaned out the unit on February 17, and left a voicemail that it was empty. on March 1st, they charged me another months rent. After many phone calls and left messages, they said they were refunding the $50 they charged me for March. The check arrived today for $25. I feel robbed a third time.
