As a mom that works full time 7:30-5, I was very appreciative of the sales woman that helped me. I walked in at 530 right before closing and she still took her time to help me find the perfect washer and dryer that fit my needs. Did not try to upsell me and really took her time explaining everything to me. I completely understand the overwhelming feeling when someone walks in right before closing, but she made me feel valued and taken care of. She sat down with me and explained the pricing and finance options. Then even helped me pick the best delivery time and day. Overall 10/10 experience.

I ordered a fridge online after mine died. The next morning I called to see when it could be delivered and the salesmen Denzel was very polite and friendly. He set my delivery for the next day. This is extremely fast for furniture delivery. The two delivery men were awesome and professional. They had the fridge here and set it up quickly.
