I have no idea what’s going on with spark light but I have not been able to get into contact with them for days!! I need to pay my bill and I’ve called the number numerous times, there is NEVER a response. I tried looking up my new account number, it said I needed to contact customer support but nobody is responding to me through message or phone call!! I’m not a Karen but this is ridiculous!!! All this trouble because they wanted to give everyone a new account number. I didn’t even receive mine and I can’t receive it. I am unable to send messages to customer support, I have to screenshot the message to send it. And still nobody will answer me

Had to rewrite my review had to, had a bad experience posted a review on here that showed dissatisfaction and they took care of me after I recalled them much happier with the second service If they had taken care of me the first time they’d have a five star

Honestly worst internet service I’ve ever had! My internet hardly ever works, it’s constantly going out! I’m not paying for something I don’t get to enjoy! It’s ridiculous! All it ever does is mess up or go out for hours at a time. I’m so sick of it! I will be switching internet providers pretty soon! I don’t recommend this internet service.

I have the best internet plan possible. All the internet does is stutter and lag. there are only about 3 devices connected to the internet. This service is HORRIBLE.

Worst internet provider. The only reason they're in business in my town, is they are a monopoly and keep other high speed providers out of our area.
I came home from work to find my internet is out. Tried restarting my modem numerous times to no avail. Called tech support only to find that my service has been disconnected. When I asked why, I was told it was at customer request. I LiVE ALONE. On top of that, I've been working out of town all week. The tech guy said nothing can be done until Monday. I asked him why I would be calling about an outage if I wanted my service canceled. He said it could be a mistake on their end, but he assured me security questions had to be answered to cancel my service. Now I have to wait till Monday to talk to their billing department. When Socket gets fiber in my area, I'm switching.

They really need to fix this so we can give negative stars to places like this one. Don't take their service as they will charge you if they have to come out and fix their wire or fix their equipment. If you want a good ISP this isn't the one for you. Sparklight buys out the good ones then runs them into the ground. And watch the fake generated response I get to this post.

Hands down the worst company in general. Extremely hard to work with. The only way to contact management is email. What a joke. This place is full of cons.. seriously.

Since they took over fidelity that I used to have I've had nothing but issues with my internet. It's always going down and no one will call you back. So upset with the service won't be recommending and as soon as I can will be switching internet providers. Zero stars!

I would give ZERO STARS for my mother's service! When it was Fidelity it was bad, but now it is worse! They charged my mom twice for items and she called them. The lady said she fixed the issue....gave her a new amount due. My mother paid it. Just now got her new bill and it doesn't show any adjustments AAANNNDDD IT SAYS SHE DIDN'T PAY HER BILL! This is absolutely ridiculous! This also happened to her next door neighbor. They shut the next door neighbors service off and then charged her $100 to reconnect when it wasn't her fault. If this is the way they want to play then don't go with their service. We will be going to another service ASAP. Absolutely terrible!

Our internet has been down since last night and when we called them all they say is there is an outage. But ever since they went from Cable America to Sparklight the issues are alot worse. I'm seriously thinking about going to another provider who will take is seriously. They won't take enough off or bill to cover the times we couldn't use the internet. I use my internet for work and can't do anything without it.

Ever since the switch, it’s been nothing but problems. Before the switch my wifi went out maybe once every 2-3 weeks, now it’s twice a DAY. Combining 3+ internet providers into one has only proved to be problematic. I hope with time, this issue will be fixed.

Highly unimpressed with the switch between sparkling and fidelity. I am considering canceling my current plan to switch to a new company. This one has proven to be nothing but problematic.
