“My husband is handicapped. We had a blowout on our trailer, hauling a tractor. Called AAA and they would not help us due to the type of tire. We called Bolin Tire and he was super nice. Told us we were located only a few yards from Gilmore Tire. We pulled in there after waiting on AAA for an hour and a half. They were busy but we told them we would wait. When I told them our story and the recommendation from Bolin, they got right on it! Very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Got us on our way quickly, no problem, and for a reasonable cost! “We had a tire going down on our Grand Cherokee being towed behind our motorhome as we traveled through Missouri. Stopped at the store first thing on a Monday morning hoping to get back on the road quickly. Ashley greeted us promptly, got the tire out of the back of the Jeep, and said they'd get right on it. We went on to breakfast and when we returned, it was ready, they mounted it on the car, and off we went! Having been in the tire business in a previous life (and knowing what Monday's are like), I was extremely impressed with Ashley's friendly and knowledgeable service and how painless the experience was.
