The price is good + I love the triple filtered idea but the machine malfunctions a lot + I loose money. Its happened more then several times on the ice side. I also get the water which tastes so much better then City water. Its the only water I drink. One time the owners of Twice the Ice in Poplar Bluff were at the machine when I was + I voiced my opinion of the malfunctioning ice side and they gave me a few coins for free bags of ice to compensate me but its happened twice more. No one calls me back when I leave a message but they did fix it the time I called.

Stopped by today to get a couple bags of ice and the worker was there collecting money, he gave me both my bags for free and was very polite! Best tasting ice in town, I'm pregnant and go through ice like crazy lol! Won't go anywhere else for my ice. �
