The workers here are SO NICE AND HELPFUL! I’m here at least once a week and they always say “hi”, remember my name, and make pleasant conversation! I never have any issues at this location and they’re always so patient and make the store feel so pleasant and welcoming! :D

My daughter and I stop here on a regular basis and the girls are always awesome! Very customer service friendly and always helpful! Hailey and Jennifer have both helped me find a specific product and Jasmine is always friendly! Great service from all the staff!

I booked with Hailey for my first ever tint and wax. She was so personable, funny, and easy to talk to. You could tell she loves what she does. She cleaned up my brows and they look amazing now. She’s quite the artist! Definitely go back and book with her again.

I come in a lot and my experiences shopping are very good, but I came in to get my eyebrows laminated, shaped and tinted and It did not turn out well. It looked good after leaving and I experienced redness, which I had expected to go down. I then developed scabs from the burns around my eyebrows and showered two days after the lamination where in which the lamination did not stay and I had wasted my money. She was very very nice during the whole experience and I tipped her well, but the result was terrible and I now have painful scabs.

I’m pretty disappointed with my ulta experience. I had two bottle of sol de janiero when I was checking out. The cashier told me that the kits were the same price so it would be like getting a free lotion. I even made sure to ask her if the fragrance was the same size in the kit as the one I had at the checkout and she said yes. She then went a got the kit herself and checked me out so I never had to chance to check and I didn’t think I needed to. Now that I am home I opened the box and realized there is a 2.04 ounce difference in the bottle in the kit. The kit came with the 1 oz bottle when I was trying to purchase the 3.04 bottle. This bugs me because I wasn’t even looking to purchase the lotion that cane in the kit, just the fragrance. I emailed them and asked if they could send me a return label and if I could exchange them for what i originally intended to purchase (bc I live 90 minutes away from ulta) and they were extremely unhelpful.

I’ve always loved the atmosphere of this location and the staff are always super nice and eager to help with whatever you need. Kacey in the salon is AMAZING! It was my first time back in a long time to get my hair done and she makes you feel comfortable and consults you before even starting so she can make sure to give the client exactly what they want/need. 10000/10 recommend
