Had to return a doghouse (of all things ?) to Amazon today. I had the help of 3 emoyees for several minutes. There were several other customers in the store, yet there were enough employees to assist everyone. They were helpful, courteous, and shared some good advice for future shipments and packaging. ? I felt they went above and beyond to help make this shipment experience as smooth and easy as possible. Thank you PB UPS store.

I visited the UPS store because the post office was closed. I was treated very well by the staff member. She was running two service stations at the same time to increase efficiency. She also was very well informed and friendly. Thank you!
