The reviews are true, I'm closing my account because of these idiots. Calling is the same bad customer service as well. Its U.S. Bank as a whole. I should have switched a long time ago. I didn't think one could get worse than Wells Fargo, U.S bank achieved that. Hello USAA!

We applied for a loan have excellent credit and was a a deadline to get loan. Gave all documents but still insisted they needed one more, we supplied needed documentation. By this time deadline was already missed for what we needed the loan for. All because the loan person at this bank at this location is a complete and udder idiot! She could not figure out how to read the document as far as our income and that’s not even the worst of it. Needless to say we were insulted by her loan offer. We have always had US Bank and have never had any problems getting a loan or mortgage from them and have always been pleased however this our bank is up north. This bank in poplar bluff absolutely sucks in the loan department and loan staff. Extremely disappointed.

Not great friendly service was what I seen it was busy that day but teller never even said thank you that is exactly how workers are becoming these days they forget customers are your business and I can see why bank has such poor rating they earned it.

Friday morning and there’s only one banker and one teller. Lines backed up both inside and out with the banker doing nothing to help the teller. And poor customer service on top of that. This bank has gone downhill in the last several years.

I was just in this location. Poor poor customer service. When your an establishment like this, your customers should be first priority. Clearly the manger doesn’t care about that. One lady working the drive thru and 2 others counting money. Drive thru had a long line. Ridiculous!!! Your in customer service, DO better US Bank!!

Over the 15 or so years that I have had multiple accounts with this company, I can tell you the Poplar Bluff branch has mostly been horrible. Today for the first time in a long time the drive-thru teller was actually nice and quick. But majority of the time it is extremely slow, as in 30 minutes or more, rude a lot of the times (one time I got there at 4 p.m. and waited in a line of four cars in front of me, I got to the window right after 4:30 after I had been waiting and I had the woman say that supposedly their computers had crashed and there was nothing she could do, as she was closing the blinds in my face), I've been in good standing with them every account I've had, and then one day after many days and hours of paperwork and phone calls for a home loan, I was denied for no reason literally one business day before it was supposed to close. I don't need to tell you the problems that caused me and the realtor and the seller. Their interest rates are usually higher on average as well. They have also closed the two other locations (branch and atm) that were convenient in Poplar Bluff over the recent years, firing the experienced employees that were good at their jobs at the other branch. There have been a few nice employees , but overall the experience has been bad. You hate to leave a company that you're used to and have been with for years, but that may be the case, I keep thinking they will get better one day and yet it doesn't appear that way.Update - had to go to this bank for someone else, guess what, they're still terrible and slow...

Aweful customer service. Drive thru is so slow, they tell you that you can go inside,on the phone, only for people inside to say go thru drive thru. Loan process is aweful. Buying a house through them even worse. Seriously go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Awful customer service. Always 2 people working the drive thru and they may be the 2 slowest people in Poplar Bluff. The lead singer of Smashmouth can only add on his fingers and the other people are old enough to remember the first bank ever.I pulled to the second row and sat in line for 15 minutes....all I was getting was an empty bank bag.Poor customer service, poor management.
