I have lost 2 cats now to this vet clinic. First cat in 2019 and one just recently. Both needed to see the vet ASAP, sick and quickly fading away with no answer to why. They would not see them ASAP but rather made me wait over the weekend for an appointment. Did not offer to send me some where that could help. My cats died within 12 hours of them first falling ill and calling vet for help.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Wonderfully kind staff and they were able to work me in quickly for an emergency surgery that saved my cat’s life! He had a stomach blockage and was rapidly losing weight from being unable to eat much at a time. His regular vet wouldn’t operate due to a respiratory infection making it a higher risk surgery, but thankfully my friend referred me here and they didn’t hesitate to help him! It was definitely worth the drive from Springfield - now Max is able to eat and get the nutrients and energy his body needs to fight the pneumonia (while on antibiotics). It’s been a week and he is already more like himself again. Thank you All About Pets!! ❤️

Bless their hearts. The sent a sympathy card signed by the entire staff when I let them know our sweet Princess kitty passed away.We've never had a vet company that showed so much compassion and care for our dogs and cats before. We're so happy we switched to All Valley Pets.
