“I have no issue with Puxico Post office in general. I'm questioning as to why I had 2 pieces of my mail looking as if they were tampered with. My new health insurance card was in one envelope and the other was my debit card statement . Both envelopes looked as if someone had been smoking a cigarette and there were actual burn marks where something hot had melted the celaphane see through area on the front of both of my envelopes of mail with black residue visible. It was not ink smeared on the envelopes, so I'm unsure if maybe along the journey through the mail if possibly one of the workers was smoking during the mail route and accidentally bumped a lit cigarette to my mail or what clearly happened. I am grateful that my insurance cards were not harmed.”
