Money hungry. Opened an account and money is only available 7 days later. Person at bank said I should have come in and talked to them. Well I did talk to the people on their customer service line. Cards must be ordered, and if you want one $45. I closed my account which costs $25. Do not trust these people.

Money Hungry. $46 for a card to your account. They hold your funds for 7 days - then tell you at the branch you should of come in. Then to close your account costs $25. Overall the worst bank I have dealt with in 50 years.

Lobby has been closed forever been doing my check cashing through drive through. Never been a problem till today, drove up with 25 minutes left till 6, was told they no longer so that I have to go to the lobby, which closed at 5. HOWEVER when I called up their 30 minutes before I arrived, the lady on the phone said I could use the drive through. Either get people who actually know what to do or updated the Google. I called because has of 4:30, it said the lobby was still closed and drive through only. The lady gave me attitude, girl with glasses, she was not nice the last time I went through either. I'll be using a different bank altogether.

you might as well put the sign at your entrance that you close at 4:50 not 5 o’clock in the lobby I’ll probably be switching banks soon just to be petty I pulled in like 10 minutes before your lobby closes and I call and stand around waiting for someone to open the door just for someone to answer the phone to tell me that your lobby is closed when it’s not even five yet

Poor customer service. Their very rude. If you think about banking at any of their branches do not. Unless you like getting frustrated by not being able to deposit YOUR MONEY with cash or check without having a head ache. I am switching to country club bank where they know what their doing for their customers. Very disappointing

I don't even know where to begin, the ladies at Bank Midwest in Raymore are just the best. They are always putting the customers first and instead of it being a trip to the bank it's like you are visiting family. Thank you to all the lovely ladies that work there. Great job ladies!!! I had been having problems with my auto pay account. I had gone to other locations to get the issue resolved, but to no avail. On a last ditch effort I thought I would try this location, being that i recently moved to the area. Where I was Blessed enough to have encountered Ms. Mishel Phillips. On top of going out of her way to help me resolve my issue. She was friendly, professional, courteous, and pleasant to be in the company of. Overall I would have to say that Mishel is a real standing ovation employee.

I just wanted to make the comment that I had the most rewarding experience with Raymore Bank Midwest. I had a few issues to address and I was truly satisfied with the help I received from Debra Bullard. We worked and got everything handled in a timely manner. By the time we were done, I felt like a member of the BMW family. I've banked with BMW for many, many years and this was truly he best experience I've had. I think Debra is a great asset to BMW and hope that I will have the pleasure of working with her in the future. JOB WELL DONE!
