I can not say enough nice things about this store! Professionalism at its finest! All of them are so helpful & friendly and the Mgr. Audalyn goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her customers. ? This is my favorite store & I will drive one hour to purchase my favorite Buff City Soap items. Love you Buff City!

Our daughter celebrated her birthday at Buff City Soap. She and her friends had so much fun making custom bath bombs. The staff did an excellent job demonstrating the process and assisting the kids. They were very patient and worked hard to ensure that all the kids went home with a great product. Our daughter loved having her party here!

Cool little place, I appreciate the fact they make bath and laundry products as well as lip balms. Will definitely go back after my two soaps are eventually finished

If I could leave a 1 million star review, I would. A friend recommended the store to me, and I finally decided to go as I had some free time. BEST. DECISION. EVER. Not only does their product work WONDERS, but their staff is INCREDIBLE. I had the pleasure of working with Cait while I was there and she was very knowledgeable about Buff City Soap’s product and super fun to talk to. I don’t know how much she gets paid, but I can guarantee it’s not enough. If you’re like me and live a decent distance from the store, make the time and go! I will 100% be back, regardless of the 40 min drive!
