The gentleman behind the food counter was an absolute delight today! He was friendly and prideful about the pizza that was just put out. 1) Thank you for having pizza made 2) Thank you for engaging with me. You made me so much happier today with your interaction. 3) Thank you for taking pride in your work. The happiness you get from it shows and it’s contagious! The only reason I didn’t grab a piece is because of a diet restriction (vegetarian). I miss pepperoni and he had it looking awfully delicious today! It was hard to resist. Any who. I was in around 1:15p 7/31/2025. I didn’t catch his name but I hope his manager(s) will see this post and acknowledge him for his work ethic and performance; also tell him… Thank you from me!

If you order pizza don't count on it being ready at the scheduled time. Ours was 30 minutes late. Scheduled for pick up at 7:08, but they did not even start on it until 7:20.

I came into this store on January 3rd and over heard a woman in the back being excited about firing the general manager. I believe this blonde woman to be alice when I asked an employee for the woman's name thats what I was given. I told the employee in the kitchen I would be writing a review of the store's atmosphere after this.
My interaction with this Alice person was terrible. As a customer I felt completely ignored and humiliated when I wasn't even the person she fired. Alice was very short fused and had a rude tone towards the employees when asking them if they were staying after firing the manager. If this is who is responsible for representing Casey's General store's in Raymore they should be ashamed of themselves.
I will be complaining to corporate about Alice and her unpleasant and unprofessional behavior towards customers and employees.

The place gave away our paid for online order to another person who said they were door dash. We waited 45 mins to get our order after they said sorry and said they would rush the order. Absolutely appalling I have seen the place do better. Total bummer.

I was in earlier this week and one topping was added to an otherwise perfect pizza. I just could not eat that particular topping. I called and spoke with the pizza maker and they offered me a new pie no charge. I just picked up the replacement pizza and without a doubt it is the best pizza that I have ever had from any Casey's. This was above and beyond my expectations and they were so nice about the entire situation. Keep up the good work we will be back again and again! Thank you so much.

Despite the Casey’s’s app saying there is curbside pickup at this location, there is not and the employees seemed confused at the notion.

My grandmother went to Casey's to get a thin crust pizza and kindly asked to have the pizza cut like a normal pie instead of squares and one of the workers rudely responded "um no" in a snotty tone. Absolutely disrespectful. They have cut a thin crust pizza in to regular slices so they absolutely could have done that for my grandmother.

Every time I order a pizza from here they never look at the notes to cut it in slices instead of squares. Today my 78 year old mother went inside the store to order a pizza and asked them to cut it in slices instead of squares and the lady flat out told my mother no! Are you serious?? Peculiar Casey's always cuts out pizza in slices when we ask them to. This Raymore Casey's sucks and they are incredibly RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!
