My last oil change was at Harmon Tire, but this time I decided to go back to Walmart (because of price). They couldn't get the cover off the oil filter and canceled my service cause they didn't want to "round" the cap. (Their language.) They said whoever did the last oil change tightened it down too much. A couple of days later, I took it to a different Walmart, hoping that maybe the first guy just didn't know or want to make the effort to get it off. They told me the same thing. So, I took it to Harmon Tire and told them they must have tightened it too much when they did the last oil change. I asked if they could try to loosen it. He tried to loosen the cap, but couldn't do it. So first he told me that Walmart must have "stripped" it. Then he says the heat from the engine has caused it to "seize."
When I tried to suggest that maybe, just maybe, they tightened it too much, he proceeds to tell me that an oil change is simple, and every mechanic knows to just tighten it a quarter turn, blah, blah, blah. So, no one there could make that mistake? Evidently not! They would take no responsibility whatsoever, just told me I'd have to take it to a dealership! I don't have the money for that!

Harmon Tire is the place to go for fast dependable service. All three service bays were full and waiting for parts. They had me pull my car up sideways in front of one bay and changed my tire right there in the drive. When I called, they said it might be a 20 minute wait. I was in and out in 10! Thanks Harmon Tire!

I called One afternoon about getting my daughter's tire repaired. I literally live less than a half mile from the shop and I advised them that my daughter was going out of town to college and one of the stems broke off on one of her tires. That's all I needed was a stem replaced and was told in no uncertain terms that "We are not accepting new work today". I tried to explain that the situation was an emergency as she was getting ready to leave, and the employee got very short and yelled "We are not accepting new work today"! I thought it was extremely rude especially when I could have been there in 5 minutes and they were not willing to do anything to help a customer who was in dire need of help, and had an emergency. I will never purchase anything from this shop due to their terrible customer service and lack of willingness to help.

If I could give higher than 5 stars, then I would. I got a bolt stuck in my tire and showed up close to closing time. These guys got me in and in less than 10 minutes and a better price than if I took it elsewhere. I'll be sure to recommend these guys to others!

Walked in, told them what my car was doing and they were able to immediately get it on the lift and diagnose the issue. Cheaper tires than Midas and better service, plus they had the tires i needed in stock. 1000/10 recommend for any tire needs, hands down.

I cannot complain. We had a bubble on our tire and had our own spare. They fixed it in under 20 minutes and at a beyond reasonable price.
