Zero stars. Pharmacy assistant ChiChi was extremely rude to customers waiting in line. She carried on a personal conversation for several minutes with customer at counter while other folks were waiting in line. Customer at counter was clearly a friend and ChiChi helped customer stall while her daughter stood at counter and was photographing every page of a magazine she had no intention of buying. Finally the next customer stepped up to the counter and ChiChi told her she was being rude to the customer who was in the act of stealing. Unbelievable. Chi Chi needs a lesson in honesty and professionalism.

Beware of the clinic staff here- I went in for a skin concern and the provider told me it looked liked [insert random nonsense condition], then prescribed me to start on medication, no testing, no follow-up. We talked about medical history and I absolutely did not fit the case. I definitely did not take any of the prescribed medication. Thankfully, I got a second opinion from a dermatologist and they told me it was [insert condition that makes complete sense]. These places are really trying hiring anybody to convince patients of anything to get their money. Please choose somewhere else AND get a second opinion. :)

Accidentally bought burn cream not even 2 minutes later went to return it and Woman at front would not give me a refund.I only got a store credit card that I do not need. I want my money back

Better than Walgreens, which isn’t saying much. The only reason they’re better at this point is because their pharmacy isn’t randomly closed for hours or days at a time. Besides that, they’re all the same at this point. Got a prescription from an EMERGENCY ROOM late on Friday into Saturday morning. It was supposed to be ready on Saturday. They had it in stock. It was never ready on Saturday. Fast forward to today, Sunday, and it’s still not ready. Called in the morning and was told it’d be “expedited.” The ETA online was 1:00, before I called. I finally showed up at 2:00, following ZERO communication, and was told it’s STILL not ready and that they’d need until at least 3:00 but they couldn’t promise anything. Was blankly told “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do, we’re just really busy.” I respect that their job isn’t easy, but it’s been over 36 hours since the prescription was sent in. They filled two others during that time, I don’t see why the third one is any more difficult. There’s not really another convenient option, but just know that you’re going to be sorely disappointed no matter where you go in Raymore.

Zero stars. Information is always wrong. Meds often take longer than same day for fills. If the text says your med is ready Don't count on it! Argued with me that I am reading text wrong. Picked up a controlled med missing 2 tablets! Fought for 6 hours of phone calling back and forth just to get my husband his shingles vaccine pre transplant. Always an issue. Our insurance quit letting us use price chopper. A real shame because everything there was perfect! A few months with this pharmacy is too long. Changing first of the year.

This CVS pharmacy claims my prescription was picked up but it wasn't by me. Not sure how someone walks into CVS and gives my first and last name? After an hour of talking with CVS and my insurance, they clear me to come pick up the new prescription. I was told I could head over and when I arrived I was told it would be 45 minutes before I could pick up.

CVS refused to provide a flu vaccine even though VA health had already authorized it directly to them over the phone. Additionally, all the bureaucracy between minute clinic, the pharmacy, and the VA caused me to spend an hour there, leave without a flu vaccine, and have to pay for another vaccine out-of-pocket. Never going to this CVS again.

Went to the minute clinic with boyfriend who has poison ivy real bad. Doctor was very friendly and went above and beyond to help him out, thanks!!!

Clinic staff was very rude and quick to blame patients. Either show up earlier than the 15min youre supposed to and be prepared to wait an hour or find another location because the way she treated us was not okay. Walked out and wont be going back

Waited for 40 min for a minute clinic for a flu shot with people coughing all over in the “lobby”. Left without being seen. Would not go there again.
