There was a bit of miscommunication regarding the services. First the air filter couldn't be replaced that day, but when I showed up it had been changed. Not complaining, just confusing. Very happy with my services done at the Raymore MO location overall. Will be returning.

Excellent service! Shauna went above and beyond to get us exactly what we needed and was very transparent through the entire process! Will definitely be a returning customer and recommend to others!

My opinion: drop your vehicle off (I always do). It’ll probably be there all day so make other travel arrangements. Other than the vehicle being hemmed up all day, that’s my only complaint. Shawna is who I’ve typically worked with. She works hard, typically looks worn out from a long busy day, but her customer service is ALWAYS 10/10. Nice and pleasant. From observation, the others provide great service as well when I’ve seen them interact with other customers.

It’s close to home, and I didn’t have to wait long for them to be done with my vehicle.

The Manager, "Cat" and her team are great. I just left after spending over $3,800 (gulp) and I'm happy about it. Ha.There may be (don't know) a cheaper shop out there, but I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Grease on upholstery

Yet again Firestone drops the ball. Greasy hands shouldn't be used to fumble around windshield visors looking for a place to hide the key fob I presume?Even I know better than that. I work in a very dirty environment and my car gets dirty too, but to leave obvious grease marks from filthy fingers on the roof upholstery of a nice Yukon is just plain dumb or careless.

Had a small screw in rear left tire of my Subaru Forester. I usually take my car to the dealership for all work, but this happened over a weekend, so I took it to Firestone - Raymore on Monday morning 10/30. I called that afternoon and Caleb, the service manager, said it was ready for pickup. There was a small screw in the tire and it had been patched. I paid the bill and went home happy. The next morning, Tuesday 10/31, the tire was flat again, less than 10 PSI. My partner aired up the tire and drove the car back up to Firestone. I believe that he spoke to the store manager Cat that day. We got a call that afternoon that it was repaired again and ready for pickup. The tire looked filthy and my valve stem covers were missing from the right side of my vehicle. They said the first patch failed, they replaced it, and it was holding air now.The next morning, Wednesday 11/1, the same tire is yet again flat, 16 PSI. Now I'm frustrated and angry. I called and spoke with Caleb that afternoon, I let him know that the tire was still not fixed. He said that he was not there on Tuesday and he said that he would find out who worked on it because they should have caught any issues. I told him that I would not be bringing it back in and I did not request a refund.I took my car to the Subaru Service Center this morning,11/2, and explained to them what had happened. They called me just now and said that the patch was done incorrectly. The previous technician removed the screw and drilled a hole too big, placed a plug patch and then tried to place a sticker patch over that. They said that it was leaking air significantly as well. So now, because I have an AWD, I'm out $1200 for a whole new set of tires for what should have been a simple $28 patch.Edit: I called and spoke with the store manager on 11/2. She doubled down and defended her technician, which I understand. You want to defend the people that work for you and be in their corner; however, she continued to argue during the call that the tire was irreparable from the get. Even if that was the case, the technician had TWO opportunities to tell us that and did not. He is the professional here and he did not think once that the tire was irreparable.Edit 2: The store manager Cat called me 11/3 because I filled out the post-service survey they emailed me. She apologized for not offering me a refund because I specified in my survey that I did not request one. I told her that I was not about to go after her for $28, but if she insisted I would take my refund. She offered me a free oil change as well, which I declined. She asked if there was anything she could do since I didn't give them a chance to "make it right." I said that it is not my responsibility as the customer to fix whatever is going on in her shop. She did double down again and claim that she thinks the tire was irreparable from the beginning. I reminded her *again* that the technician had TWO opportunities to look at my tire and never once did the technician, the service manager, or she indicate that it was irreparable.
