Have had two sets, both done by Mary. I get gel-x so it does run a little more than acrylic, but honestly with how long these typically last, it's not a bad deal. I went early for my second, and most recent set, ONLY because I went to long on the set (the dice set). I've had Gel-x from other places and it will typically last a month or more.
Highly recommend trying Gallery out!

Worst set of acrylic nails I’ve ever got. 5 of them were pulling up from the cuticle end after a week. Felt like they were going to end up ripping off. Didn’t have time to get back til 2 weeks. He said they’d fix for free. Then get started and lady tells me $60 after picking a color. Then this guy says we have a 6 day warranty which he could not show me documentation to prove. I was then refused service for insisting they fix free of charge as I paid $70 for new set and tipped “Mike” $20 for this bs and was told when I came in to ask if they would fix for free after having them for only 2 weeks that they would make it right. First and last time I will ever give my business to Gallery Nails. Was cussed at as I exited the building, harassed! Left with polish removed and half the acrylic buzzed off and one hand shortened in length. Never again!!!

THE ONLY PLACE I WILL EVER GO AGAIN!!!!!!! I've been a client here for 4 years... I am literally in love with this place. Friendly, clean and the attention to detail they provide every time. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. I personally see Kim everytime, however I have seen a few others when I first started making appts there and they were all great I just clicked with Kim the most. Note I have tried a lot of nail salons and was never completely happy. My friend referred me here and I will never go anywhere else again!! I could rave about this place and Kim all day.

I absolutely love Gallery Nails, and Kim is the best! I’ve been going to her for years, and she never disappoints. She’s so friendly, detail-oriented, and always makes my nails look amazing. The salon is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a great nail tech, definitely ask for Kim — you won’t be disappointed!

I have been visiting Kim for sometime now, she makes me feel so pampered! I love talking to and seeing her! She always goes out of her way to show me new colors or techniques, and if there is a design I saw on insta, she can make things happen! I don't feel like another customer with her or when I visit the Salon, love it here and recommend Kim!! This is their cat eye!

My first appointment was great. Second appointment was a complete bust, with nail polish all over my fingers and chunks of my nails not painted. I went back to give them another chance yesterday. Kim said I had a hang nail and proceeded to use critical scissors to cut down the side of the nail into the nail bed, and rip it out; I bled instantly and Kim said “wash hands no soap.” About 12 hours later (middle of the night), I woke up in excruciating pain. My finger was swollen, yellow, and had puss oozing out of it. I contacted this shop and asked for a refund, which I was told no. Kim then text my mom regarding me reaching out to the shop (I’m 29 and made my own apt and paid for it), and when I reached out to Kim directly, I was ignored. Stay away from this shop at all cost. I’m now out the money for a manicure, as well as the money for a doctors visit and antibiotics.
