I made an appointment on line, the stylist was ready for me when i arrived. I had to go after work and about 45 minutes before they closed but I never felt rushed.

In my long comment under stylist youu will see a very detailed account of my experience. But to summarize i wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Lauren the manager has been my stylist for so long and does an incredible job. The salon is always clean and the stylists clean their station after each customer. They greet you as soon as you arrive and everyone is so friendly plus great prices. I highly recommend Great Clips.

I've been going here for 5-6 years. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was two months ago they chopped up my hair really bad. The same person gave me a decent haircut today. The picture is today's haircut.

So I need a haircut really bad. I don’t wanna go to great clips last time. I went to great clips the lady, instead of giving me a trim, cut my hair completely to my shoulders. I was very upset about that so I went to this class cut that I’ve never been to And on their doors says opens at nine and there is nobody in sight and it’s past 9 o’clock kind of upset and irritated because I don’t know what’s going on but every time I wash my hair and then get out of the shower and try to brush it. It is just so tingly so I came up here to see if they could give me some tips and cut my hair before I have to go to work Now. I can’t do that because their sign on the door lies.

The stylist that cut my hair done a great job my 12 yearold daughter got a different stylist the girl told her her hair was to long she was gonna have to stand up. In all my life I've never been told I have to stand through a hair cut second she just cut 5 inches off without even asking parent and third didn't even cut it even

My Husband took my grandson to get him a nice haircut, That he picked out. Even had a picture. The lady acted lost , didn't know what a faded haircut was. And Barely even looked at the picture.His hair would nothing like what he wanted.She was rude and didn't pay attention.She needs to get more training on her to cut hair because it was not a good hair good at all

Good haircut, depending on the stylist. 3 stars Pros: for cleanliness, swiftness, and polite customer service. Cons: It's Great Clips, you get what you pay for and it seems to be all about volume and not quality. Stylists generally lack attention to details.
