Greenway is the kind of place I''m looking for - except for one fault: the toilet is on far side of bathroom (by the bathtub) - not conveniently by the sink, which would be a lot more practical, esp as folks get older. And most of us aren't even interested in tubs....

Greenway Villas senior living is a 55 and older community located in Raymore, Missouri, just 23 miles south of downtown Kansas City, MO. There are 51 maintenance-free retirement apartments. One-bedroom units have 740 Sq. Ft. and two-bedroom units have 900 Sq. Ft. Residents pay electricity and internet in the all-electric community, and owner pays water, sewer, and trash. Amenities include all one level units are handicap accessible, wide doors throughout, oversize closets, spacious front porch with railing and back patios, curbside valet trash pickup, easy access to walk-in shower, residents park in front of their villa.
