I want to commend Angel in appliances. We dealt with him in the purchase of a new wall oven, dishwasher and fridge and the installation of all three. He was super helpful, answered all our questions and followed up with phone calls to let us know how everything was progressing. I would give Angel a 10 for customer service.

Wrote a check the store left in the register. This was 2 months ago still not cashed. Got hung up on by corporate and told just have to wait. No sense of urgency. Poor customer service spoke down to and no one has taken accountability.

I cannot thank the manager TJ enough for his generous support for our Greetings from RAYMORE postcard mural project. This is the first mural in the state of Missouri for us and Lowe’s has been extremely supportive of our project throughout the country. I cannot thank you guys enough for all you have done for the community. We added you to the plaque as well!

Lowes must have removed my first review. So i will keep posting as long as they do. My 77 year old disabled mother bought a fridge from lowes hollister, less than 2 miles from her home. They scheduled delivery but never delivered it. The driver drove all the way from joplin and claimed he wasnt able to deliver it. Straight lies. Then the rescheduled for days later, leaving my mother with no fridge and all her food spoiled. After speaking with store manager and warehouse manager of the delivery service, all i got was a sorry, nothing we can do. They made her wait 2 days more without a fridge and no ability to keep food before finally delivering it. Not acceptable. Elder abuse!

Rude staff and personal.. store delivery, but service road to docks closed by Lowe's for repaving, walked into front entrance, and Larry receiving mgrs thing was to use vendor door, yet when one looks from recvg, road is closed, difficult individuals is understatement, and arrived day early, refused high value load, so arrive next day hour before 1pm appt, again rude, knowing full well drop loaded, pull out empty trlr, to dock loaded trlr.. quick too within 15 minutes but dude had issues
