Very unhappy with my new gas range install that wasn't an install! I had to pay extra for them to install for "liability" reasons. The delivery guys did not speak a lick of English, (I think russian?) And they didn't install the stove! They brought it in and gave us a gas hookup that didn't fit. They didn't even attempt to hook it up for us They just left for us to try to hook up ourselves! I'm raving mad!

Do not get carpet from lowes! They came and ripped my carpet out of my office with my treadmill in there that they new we couldn’t get out the door. Then refused to put the new carpet in. Do believe what they tell you get it in writing!

They are great! Was asked several times if I needed assistance! Employees were very helpful, and a great selection of all things home improvement.I love the DIY kids workshops! We made a football card holder, and the kiddos loved it!Found a good deal on a wrench set today! The holidays are the time to buy tools! Stock up!!!

Grew up a Sutherlands, or home depot shopper but location proxcimity has put me on to Lowe's past years. Always felt Lowe's was pricier but possibly better on quality. Just my OLD opinion. Prices every where, on most everything shot up last couple years and I guess will never come down. Like many maufacturers, with packaging, they make them smaller and make small prices hikes in addition to them. Purchased this glue 10/23 at Lowes, they had a quantity of 8, yet this bottle was about only an half of inch full like the rest of them for $8.

If you’re going to buy appliances just forget about it. I ordered a whole kitchen and had to reject the fridge TWICE. First time the dent was on the top, had to wait another week to get a new one, took off work twice to still not get a fridge due to it being damaged again. They call and tell me they don’t have anymore in the warehouse, so I guess I’m out of luck on a fridge, and then tell me they are refunding me back on a gift card and can take it to the store and get my money refunded back on my card, let’s take up more of my time. I ordered this stuff the beginning of September just to get told can’t do it, come to our store if you want your money back. Worst customer service on delivery side of things

Well I applied for a job and didn't get it. So that's at least one star in the negative.But everyone was nice and professional. I would definitely shop there.

You cannot say all lowes are the same. This store stands out when it comes to taking care of their customers. The people at the Pros desk remind you that it's not just a word, these people are Pros. Good job raymore lowes.

Don't typically post reviews but I have not received a response from Lowes after contacting Customer Service. -7/26/23: purchased a cabinet for 437.89 with delivery scheduled for 7/31. -7/31: notified cabinet would not be delivered as scheduled as it was not assembled. Delivery rescheduled for 8/4. Advised that I would receive a call on 8/3 to confirm delivery. No call received. -8/4: notified that cabinet not assembled and "assembly is by an outside company and we don't know when they will be here". Received call back advising cabinet had been assembled but was "showing up in the system as not being assembled". Advised invoice not able to be printed for delivery company and order needed to be cancelled and reordered. Ordered a second time and 436.81 posted to credit card on 8/4/23. Advised delivery would be before 6pm on 8/4/23. At 6:58pm, the cabinet had not been delivered. Contacted Lowes and advised "we contract out for delivery and don't know the delivery schedule". The cabinet was delivered at 7:40pm, locked and with no key. -8/6: emailed Customer Service and have yet to receive a response. -8/27: received email from Lowe's confirming that I had picked up the cabinet on 8/27. Charge for 435.39 was posted to my credit card on 8/27/23. This is a third charge for the one cabinet that was delivered on 8/4/23. I called Lowe's and was advised that there had been an issue with processing the previous transaction and that it had to be re-entered. I advised that there had now been 3 charges to my credit card for the same purchase. He advised that there "was nothing" he could do and that I would need to call the credit card company to dispute the charges. This is the short version of this experience. Take home lesson...don't purchase online with delivery. And don't expect any customer service from Lowe's if there are issues/concerns.

I love Lowe's, super close to home and everyone in there knows where everything is. I've literally gone in there not knowing what I'm trying to do but just to get ideas and had someone ask me if I needed help, so I tell them my vague idea and they stop what they're doing and go help me with my Frankenstein project until I've got a solution. Super friendly people, especially they guy that cuts the keys, what a great dude. Not as much selection as I would like all of the time but I can usually find something that'll work, close to home and people that treat you like a friend. I personally always go there if I have a choice.

Most employees greet you at this location. I like that. Most places don't appreciate customer business and I respect all employees from any company. We just need to be humans and greet each other.

I have been looking for a certain birdbath that Lowes carries. It said they have them in stock in Olathe, but I was in Olathe and checked, and they did not have them. Maci at the Raymore store took time to help me try and order it. She told me the reason I couldn’t find it is because it was inactive. This was the first time that anybody at Lowe’s and told me that. So while I won’t be able to get the birdbath I wanted, we can look for a different one. Thank you, Maci.
