I frequented this place for years. I had good interactions with staff, like Mike, who sadly passed on. Lately, they had new managers, like Ben, who portrayed a perfect example of rudeness and unprofessionalism. He is so lazy that he was leaning over the counter for 20 minutes and refusing to get the stuff I ordered. He asked me to get it myself!!! I am sorry, I don't know about oil filters much, and I asked for his help, but obviously, it was inconvenient for him!!!

Don’t go here. The guy that I talked with obviously didn’t care about helping me or my business. Go to AutoZone in Belton

My kids left the dvd player on in our SUV and the battery drained over night. I took the battery out (1-22 date) and took it down to this store. The older cowboy boot wearing gentleman only one working said my battery was no good and the cell was bad when I returned 3 hours later. Myself not being born last night knew better and left. long story short I reinstalled the battery and jump started the car like I should've the 1st time and seems to be working fine. I assume it's really easy for employees to keep good batteries (only cost them the core charge)and resell them as side money. Beware.

I have been to O"Reilly's many times and have been happy enough with the service and the knowledge base of the employees. This is actually a review for the particular employee that waited on me. This was at the Raymore Missouri store. He is in his sixties, at least, no name tag. He was so rude, curt, and unhelpful. I needed a locking gas cap. Someone has apparently been using my vehicle as their own personal gas station. The vehicle barely had enough gas left to get to the store. I didn't want to buy gas until I had the cap. I gave him make, model, etc. He asks me 5.4 or 6? I don't know. He stares annoyed and blankly into space. I ask him what is the difference, he says it's gas or diesel. Okay, it's gas. What kind of threads he asks curtly. I'm not sure. Same annoyed, blank, rude stare. I suggest we go twenty steps out the door and look at it. No one else is in the store. I remove the cap and he says okay. I was this same lousy attitude throughout the process. I purchased the cap. I went to the gas station next door to O'Reilly's and filled up. Get home, and it's the wrong cap! Now I have a full tank of gas ready to be stolen! I wouldn't mind the mistake as badly if he hadn't been so very rude. I haven't been treated like that anywhere for quite some time. Apparently O'Reilly's is desperate for help. I will go back there, but if he's the only one to help I will walk out.Service

The brick and mortar auto parts store is dying. It's not necessarily O'Reillys fault that they can't get decent help for the wages they offer; auto parts just arent profitable with all the cheaper online competition. But enough of playing devil's advocate. For crying out loud O'Reillys, it doesn't matter which store I visit anymore, all the O'Reillys stores are staffed by people who give little to no effort to assist anyone in a timely manner. Oh, there's help to be had, but you'll be waiting for at least 30 mins just to speak to someone. Inventory management is absolutely garbage. I came in for bulk hose and couldn't even get that because they couldn't find it in the back room or horrors. This is not an isolated incident.Tighten up your collective game O'Reillys, or you're next on the chopping block for being unable to adapt... Need an example of where you're headed? Look up Sears.

No thank you, won't be going to this one again, one person working & if you're going to offer a service, and then not have enough staff to do said services, then maybe just close the store.

Been there twice for a quick pickup of oil, def fluid etc. 2 or three people working, all either looking up parts for someone or just walking around. Stood in line for about 10 min before walking out.
