“I recently visited the Sherwin Williams in Harrisonville, MO and was happily greeted as soon as I walked in. I was offered assistance and then given time to look around as I had requested. The staff was helpful and later answered all the questions I had and even provided education/recommendations on certain products. I was encouraged to come back the following week to take advantage of the upcoming 35% off sale.
Fast forward to this evening, I had my very large list of needed paint and headed to Sherwin Williams again. I wasn't necessarily looking forward to purchasing all of this paint and spending a few thousand dollars, but again I was cheerfully greeted by staff upon entering! Their smiling faces and friendly demeanor made a somewhat stressful task seem quick and painless. Turns out the guy that had helped me the week prior was the assistant manager Cole Newman. Both he and the other employee helping him (also named Cole) took care of me and my large paint order (about 50 gallons total). They even loaded everything into the truck bed for me! All in all, the time spent in the store was probably less than 20 minutes and I wasn't their only customer.
I cannot say enough how thankful I am to have had such a friendly, fast, and flawless experience. Cole and his team were amazing.”
