All 3 pizzas were underdone. The thin & crispy was still raw. Store tried to redeliver and the dasher never delivered. Never ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Not worth the trouble.And now, they mysteriously can't refund my money.

I have been ordering online and picking up a carry out order from this location for over five years. The pizzas have always been very tasty and ready when promised give or take five minutes. I have no issues with the carry out service from this location. The dining room, however, does not look very inviting to me. It just seems kind of dingy. I've never eaten in the dining room and don't intend to.

They door dash your food. My order sat at the store for 20 minutes until it got picked up by door dash. Last time it never got delivered.

Mariah is a class act. I must say, her can-do attitude, optimism, and transparency led me to have a fantastic experience. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious as well. I will be coming back again soon for more delicious, hot meals.

I can't speak for delivery or dine-in, but this is one of the better Pizza Huts in the area for take-out (online/mobile ordering). I have a couple that are closer to me, but I always order from this one because the pizza is hot, the toppings are fair/generous and uniformly distributed. Also the crust consistently seems correct, unlike some others that under/over-cook it (or don't let the dough rise enough). I like picking up from the drive-thru window (this location clearly used to be a bank branch), it's convenient and the employees always seem pleasant.

Thanks to the very helpful and positive associates for making our experience so wonderful. Our order was placed ahead of a very large order so we received our pizza faster than anticipated. We also received a discount on our purchase that was unexpected. Thank you, Pizza Hut, for starting out 2024 in such a wonderful manner!

WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever received from Pizza Hut. Dec 9 I ordered my food at @7:30 it got delivered, but my order was wrong. I called back they told me they would remake it and deliver it, it would be delivered in 10 min. 8:00 arrived no pizza, I called back they said they didn’t have a driver call back in 10 min. I called at 8:10, they said my driver was on his way. I don’t live far from Pizza Hut so I’m thinking ok he’s down the street. 9:00 comes no pizza, no delivery…. I called back at this point the driver didn’t arrive until 9:10 with cold pizza and cinnamon sticks. I called Pizza Hut back and told them. They stated “we are not making you another one you already had 2.” I have already paid and my family needed to eat. Police were called up to Pizza Hut, they remade it fresh and told me they would reimburse me….I called Dec 14 to get my refund they blocked my number and I had to keep calling finally got the RAYMORE PIZZA HUT. A worker named mason answered the phone and stated “we were never welcomed back! And we need to get our life together.

My family and I had the worst experience with this Pizza Hut. I hate using the black and white card because it's important to keep an open mind about situations but unfortunately I have to call a spade a spade. We placed our delivery order at 7:30PM it arrived wrong and the cinnamon sticks cold and burnt. The teenage manager agreed to remake it and resend it within 20 minutes or so. 20 minutes turned into 45 minutes into an hour and 10 minutes food arrived in soggy box and cold. My daughter and I go to the store and find all doors locked and only light on in the back teenage girl telling us she was the only one in the store. The delivery driver pulls up trying to get in the store banging on front door, drive thru window and back door to get in. My daughter and I sat in our truck and called the police to come and resolve the matter. The police arrive and two other adult managers they agree to remake food and give us a refund. After 7 days when no refund we called only to be disrespected and called the people who terrified the teenage employee because we don't know how to act. When we never got out the car until police showed up. General manager Matt Haaus said you people can no longer come here and blamed everything on the employees being teenagers and he is disturbed that we called the police. This is clearly racism because they are painting a picture that we black people acted a fool and again never got out the car until police came and had it been a situation of that magnitude wouldn't the police had of taken us to jail had us leave the property something. Matt Haaus the GM hung up in my face and refused to refund us. This was degrading, unacceptable, and unfair how they treated us and are allowed to talk to us when they had one job deliver hot food with integrity. If I could add a negative five star review I would. Needless to say why is a young teenage girl working in a store at night alone as a mother that alone is unacceptable. They need to be held accountable.

order on the app and my pizza is $15.99... pick it up and i was charged $20.79 BEFORE TAX for the pizza then one bite and you find out the ham is past its prime so the entire pizza tastes like bad ham. got the new chocolate donuts and they aren't edible, rock hard and tastes like uncooked flour. so i spent over $40 and was given garbage. horrible that your employees sold this.

Unfortunately, I can only give this establishment 3 stars. I ordered take out online (medium cheese pizza, cheese sticks and sweet chili boneless wings). The cheese pizza was extremely burnt, my wings were the wrong flavor and the cheese sticks had bacon and cheddar cheese. Total nightmare as this was dinner. When I called, the young man was extremely apologetic and stated he was new. Though I asked for a refund, he gave me a $30. The following morning I called and spoke with a manager who did refund my money and allowed me to keep the $30 credit.

From the time I called in until the time I got my pizza, this was a terrible experience! The only thing good about this place was the delivery driver! Stay away! Trust me!
