Overall my experience at store 3147 on May 15th in Raymore was great. I didn't find the products I wanted, but Emma and her colleague were very friendly and attentive as store managers. I really hope this comment will lead to them being rewarded for their customer service skills. Very kind, very fine women overall!

Store was nice but super disappointed at the empathy of the employee. My potty training 2yr needed to go potty and was denied and sent to the end of the shops to the soap place. I understand if it's employee only but I feel there should be exceptions. Made my first and last time shopping here.

Store associate was very friendly and was knowledgeable of the products I wanted to purchase. Explained about the sales Sally's were having currently. She also gave great suggestions for particular items I was in search of. The store itself was very clean. Neatly organized and items were easy to find. Great selection of lashes. Anything that has to do with nails. Great store if you're looking for hair treatments of any kind. Hair color. Styling products as well as styling tools. I could've spent hours in this store just enjoying looking at all the products Sally's has to offer. Great visit. I would definitely go back as well as suggest this store for their personal beauty needs.

The store in Ray.ore was put of my normal hair color (bummer), but a young salesperson can over to see if she could help. She said this other brand was the same and to use it as I have been with my normal brand. I mixed as always did and it was THIICK and the color never really change to the darker color I was use to in the bottle. Went back to the store and was told the mixer should be 1:1 vs 1:2. Ok, so went home and added more color and nothing. Went to the store in Lee's Summit and basically got the same talk. No, sorry for the confusion, what can we do to make it right. I went ahead and purchased my normal brand color (as LS had it in stock). I will be purchasing my products elsewhere from now on.

Staff was very rude. I would ask a question about Nail dip and they just stood there and didn't say anything. They where both young but I don't know why everyone is saying that there nice.
