The guy identified himself as Eric. I think he's lying to me obviously big bully trying to intimidate women isn't a good look. I was polite when I walked up to the counter and he didn't even wanna look up my account. He just kept asking me what am I here for and then he can't help me. I said, why won't you look up my account I want to see what my plan has been changed to, Reluctantly, he started to look it up and then he said you know what, we're just done here and I didn't even say anything. Completely mental. I've been with T-Mobile for 12 years and I have never had a person overreact on every little thing. The reason why he said we're done here because my ID fell out of my wallet onto the table, and he completely overreacted and jumped back as if I threw it at him. I didn't even have control over the ID, it just fell on the table. I'm going to ask them to pull the security cameras and I'm going to file a claim against this location and I want out of my contract because, he asked me to leave the store and refused to do any business. If I can't do business, and these people wanna overreact on every little thing, it's just not going to work for me. He is literally the rudest person. T-Mobile did try to give me $70 off over mistake they made, which is the reason why I showed up in the first place, however, after going home and thinking about it I think I just wanna be done with this company. it's no wonder why everyone is leaving T-Mobile.

I had an excellent experience buying a new phone at this store primarily because of the customer service provided by Darius Booze. I didn't know what phone I wanted, so I asked Darius for advice. After I described my requirements, Darius gave me several options and explained the differences between them. I selected the Galaxy S24 and it is exactly what I wanted. Darius also recommended a specific charger and I am very impressed with it also. It's often difficult to find good customer service, and Darius answered all my questions and explained things clearly, making the whole process very easy. In addition, Darius was very efficient and the whole process was very quick. I appreciate the customer service provided by Darius Booze and will work with him again in the future.

I went in to get a sim card for my watch. The young woman who helped me was very nice and opened my eyes that I am currently paying way more for my family's cell service than I should be. I will be changing to T Mobile.

Darius helped me yesterday and if he isn’t running that store he definitely should be! He was helping myself and two others at the same time and at no point did I feel neglected. I came in to have numbers on my plan switched to different phones and he made the long process bearable. He was very professional, personable, and he was so helpful and informative. He is an asset to your store. My dad was with me and he was equally impressed with Darius.

Destiny is amazing! She helped us get switched over from a previous carrier and was able to keep our original numbers! She was very kind and easy to work with. She even made herself available after the fact to answer any questions we had and made us feel very well taken care of. Phone companies are all the same. But a good employee makes a world of difference to the customer!

Destiny was great t was great, I upgraded 2 phones got home internet added two watches and a iPad! I had no idea about all the promotions and they made sure to let me know about everything available to me, we were there for about 3 hours which I feel is a great time given how much we did! Thank you Destiny for hooking me up, you are amazing!

Destiny is kickass, we went into the store with my elderly mother, T was so kind and patience with her, he also educated her on why she should secure her phone, Destiny the Manager came in later to help t finish up everything, thank you so much for making our experience fun!!

At first, they had difficulty completing what I went to the store to accomplish. The staff were friendly and kept trying until they accomplished everything I went to the store for. They went above and beyond to accommodate my request.

Just went to this store and had the worst experience ever from Darrius. His lack of customer service skills was appalling to the point I left without the phones. When you are about to spend a few thousand dollars some where I expect a little friendlier service.

Last Fri August 25th I stopped at the T-Mobile store in Raymore because my Galaxy Watch had stopped working. I NEVER go to this store because it's always a cluster there. I was in the neighborhood and thought I would give them another try. I was greeted by a gentleman named Darius. I told him my issue and he wanted to try some different things on the watch before replacing it. That's fine. I was in the store for about an hour and it wasn't getting any better. I told him I just wanted to exchange it for another watch, like an even exchange. Well things started going down hill from there. He kept arguing with me about it being out of warranty. I explained I understood that but I have insurance on it and it kicks in when the warranty runs out. Well he didn't believe that. He asked 4 other associates in the store who all told him exactly what I said. So I was told I was going to get the EXACT watch. (Mine is rose gold with a cream color band). I went to pick it up today and once again way greeted by Darius who had no clue who I was or why I was there. They called me and told me it was ready to be picked up. So when they finally found it, it was a totally different watch. It's all black. I said I was told they did an even exchange so I didn't see a reason to tell them again that I wanted the rose color one. Well none of the associates cared and all passed the buck onto call the corporate office or I could send it back and wait? Mr. Darius with his long dirty dreadlocks hanging in his face and his atrocious breath had absolutely no idea what he was doing. The first time I was in there to drop the watch off no one asked for an ID, this time he did. Then I was told I needed to pay $5 warranty charge? Well if my warranty has run out and I'm paying insurance what and I paying an additional $5 for? Simple question. He thought at that point he was going to get cute. He said loud I TOLD YOU ,YOU WERE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY $5. Well first of all he never said one word about it and when I tried to explain that to him he continued to try to talk over me and told me he did. I had know problems paying it, I was just asking what it was for. At that point I started getting nasty with him. There were 5 associates in the front of the store doing nothing but listening to music yet they didn't have time to walk me through some of the settings on the watch. I asked to speak with the heavy set manager and he conveniently disappeared at that time. Needles to stay I will continue to give our service to the Grandview location they seem to have their stuff together there.

My phone was acting goofy and I needed someone to clean up the problem. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. T-Mobile is great!!!!
