We faced multiple challenges with my vehicle’s anti-theft not allowing the trunk to open even after getting into my vehicle, and Taylor went above and beyond to assist me. We finally were able to retrieve my keys, and Taylor’s professionalism and empathy in a very stressful situation (I had my 2 year old with me) made the experience a positive one despite everything!
