Deborah and Nick have done an amazing job with helping with closing our HELOC. They were both very attentive and understanding with us. We appreciate all the time and help from them.

I had a account that was almost 10yrs old the account was closed and charged off(paid) I came to cash checks from a institution that banks with Us I was told i couldn’t cash the checks because I had a old account that was changed off I then call customer service who says that the bank manager Deborah Hilbler had no business looking my name up because I have no account with Us bank she should’ve been cashing the check and moving to the next customer my lawyer will be contacted first thing Monday because I was discriminated against for being black and having checks to cash in the store I then called her and she said customer service doesn’t know what a branch does and basically they where wrong I was placed on hold because she had a customer which it was two people working so why she chose to place me on hold for the next customer at that point I hung up after being on hold for 15 mins I’ll just let my lawyer handle it

Go to a different branch. Meeting scheduled and only person who could help called out sick. How much common courtesy would it cost for an email or text to prevent customer from coming in?!? Needless to say I won't return to this branch.

I have banked with US Bank for many years and have had zero complaints or issues... EVER. Recently my family and I moved to Raymore, MO and the branch manager, Deborah Hibler has been incredibly rude, condescending and unwilling to help with the two separate issues we've had. She is severely lacking in customer service or conflict resolution skills. She acts as though she can't be bothered to do her job. My husband, father and I are seriously contemplating moving our finances to another bank who can provide the customer service we deserve and expect from a financial institution.

The manager Deborah at this location is awesome! I was put through the ringer with US Bank customer service & finally decided to call a branch & she’s the one who helped and is very good at what she does with great customer service! Businesses need more people like her!

Tha branch manager Deborah Hibler is so rude. She didn't want to do my deposits because they were large amounts and she asked me to come back later because she didn't want to deal with that amount of money. She put me aside, and I asked her for the money back, she said I need to wait till she attends other customers that arrived after me if I want the deposits to be done. I told her I need the deposits because I had to go to work and I was in a hurry so I told her I can go to another branch if she can't do the deposits. She ignored me, I asked her again for the money back and she said I needed to wait. So she made wait for the money back and didn't even do my deposits. She just made me stand there because she wanted to, she had my money and she new she wasn't going to do the deposits. How come she is a branch manager with and actitud and rude to regular customers. She also has made deposits with the wrong amount without telling us. When I have realize the deposits are wrong and make a claim they just told us the correct amount was deposited. They said at the end of the day the manager takes care of that and if and amount of money is over or short she writes it down. But this hasn't happen, so what is happening with our money when they do wrong amount of deposits?! Because they weren't wrong they just do it short and we last money, it was small amounts but still what is happening with that money?

I’ve just stopped by there about 11am at Jul 31, abd they’re great. The teller and the lady who does notary are excellent. Service is very fast and nice. I love my experience a lot.

Can't make a deposit for my college kid because the 529 check is made out to me. Even with ID and account number. USBank is so fixated on their rules I run into issues every time. Trying to get my kids to change banks because I'm so done.

This US Bank branch is my favorite. Everyone there treats me with the utmost courtesy and respect. The wait time can be long at times, but people need to remember that the benefits well outweigh the wait. For example, being there for you haters, on the weekends. Thank you, to all that work there and accomplish my needs, at each and every visit. I will never go to a different branch as long as you are open. Business account. First day I made deposits, they asked for my ID to keep on file. No problem. Now only one teller at this location asks me for my ID every time I am in. She is rude and no one at this location has asked me for my ID. I also frequent the branch on The Plaza, never had an issue as well. I feel I am being targeted for some reason. This particular teller is not friendly at all.
