We live in Kensington Farms and are mail service is horrible. Many days there is no mail service at all and then on one day we get a whole box full. Many neighbors will say the same. Sometimes they arrive in am and sometimes it’s after 6pm and sometimes they don’t arrive at all. Would love to have a constant time or at least around the same time and receive every day

Where outgoing mail goes to die! February 2025 sent letter with tracking from this office to St. Joesph, Mo. it took a week. March 14, 2025 sent letter to Freeman, Mo, with tracking. Still waiting for it to leave this post office! N0 in route yet. This office needs to be shutdown!

It snowed less than 2 inches and there was no delivery or pickup of mail. What happened to your motto. The post office in Belton Mo must be a bunch of panty wastes. Did you have a hang nail?” Very poor service!!!!!!!

Wish I could put 0 stars. I just went in with a change of address issue. Sandy was extremely rude. She stared off by just letting me know I did it wrong. I explained to her what options I chose online and she let me know that wasn’t an option. I said but it was. She said on my 8 years of working here you are the first person to ever say that. I said well is there someone or somewhere that we can submit a complaint that for online address changes that what I clicked, shouldn’t be an option. She said no. I said I can’t be the only one to click that. She then repeated that isn’t an option. Finally another worker came over and asked what was going on. She started to explain but then changed what she said to me. So I corrected her and said no, you said that wasn’t an option. Basically calling me a liar and making me feel crazy. So I said I’ll pull it up and show you. At this point I need you to know that is an option so in case another person comes in. She waited. And there it was. She goes if you click it, it won’t let you proceed. I showed her that actually it does. I did apologize many times during saying I know the system isn’t her issue. But her attitude is. Did she apologize for her attitude or for being wrong and making me feel crazy? Of course not!

One of the ladies at this location is extremely rude. She wouldn't even let me finish a single sentence so I could tell her the issue I was having. Then at one point I tried to tell her I had put my change of address in here and she said...well why didn't you say that. I even asked her if she was having a bad day can I speak w someone else. Rude all around!

Worst post office in the U.S. Our mail carrier for The Pointe in Raymore needs to be fired. I have lived here for 3 years and they sent me a new resident card. Then I listen my name on there and that wasn’t good enough. USPS needs to get it together.

Mailed a letter on a Friday and woman at counter told me it would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday- IT TOOK THREE WEEKS to get to it’s destination!! They are useless. Typical government workers.

I was out front when the mail truck passed by, I had just moved in and ordered a package that they did not ask an apt # for. He confirmed with me that my last name was already in the mailbox and it would still make it to me either way, but he did not have it. 30 minutes later I go inside and check tracking, and sure enough he did scan it, and delivered it.It was put in the wrong mailbox STILL. I’m not sure how after that conversation he still fumbled, I know you’re working hard but my man; I’m graying here.
