If the employees would answer the phone when you call, I would give a 5 star rating. Every time I call (and the lady that was in the customer service line behind me agreed) nobody ever answers the phone. I've let it ring solid for a good 15-20 minutes, and nobody ever ever ever answers the phone!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

If you want to get great service go to the pharmacy in Belton/Raymore Walmart. The pharmacy staff is very helpful and always ready to help if needed.

absolutely terrible staff, my 3 year old son ended up getting sick at the front of the store and started gagging and throwing up, so they told my 8 and a half month pregnant wife that she needed to carry him to the bathroom in the back of the store instead of the one in front that she was right next to. their reasoning was because they were getting ready to clean it. completely inconsiderate and will not be back. I hope everyone steals from your self check out

Been going to this Walmart for 20 years. It has gotten worse every year for the 5 years. They don't stock shelves ( you have to climb on shelves to get your product) Don't always have carts and the store is not picked up. Customer service is nonexistent. It is a shame to see a store that as nice and kept up with pleasant associates go down because of lousy management.

We ordered groceries here that were supposed to be delivered last night between 7 and 8. The message we got said it was delayed. I called this morning and they said they would be delivered on an hour.::although they didn't know what happened last night. After not getting the delivery, I called again, they said it would be delivered between 7 and 8 tonight. No delivery.

Worst walmart in the world. I been to over 100+ walmart's and this is the worst one yet. it's unbelievable how the management lets these workers work here.

I don't know if I spelled it correctly but CICI, CC, I'm so sorry if I spelled it wrong. But she was AMAZING! So helpful, super kind and went above and beyond! Honestly the best experice I've had at a Walmart in a while! Give that girl a raise!

I spend over $1000 in groceries at THIS store every month. Yesterday at 2pm, I paid for express delivery (should be delivered in 2 hours). Next day at 11am...... still no groceries. I call the store and the online pick up says "it wasn't delivered yesterday, so you have to cancel your order and place a new one".. I told her that didn't make sense and I didn't want to wait 7-10 business days for the initial refund. She responded "well it's not our fault". I pulled a Karen and asked to speak with a manager, she went silent and didn't respond. I hung up and tried to call back several times, but no one picks up. I call the 1-800 number and they tell me to call the store because they won't pick up. Must be nice to be such a huge business that my measly $1000+ per month in groceries doesn't even matter to them.

This disgusting place deserves less than 1 star. I've lived in Raymore for over 6 years now and have seen a quick decline in cleanliness, customer service and everything in between. The lines are always long, not matter what time of the day you visit, yet there are 5-10 employees shooting the breeze and glancing at customers every few minutes. I decided to take a 6 month break from this joke of a store and then gave it another try recently...secretly hoping SOMETHING had improved. So in an effort to be more productive, I placed a site to store order to be picked up the next day. I then waited for the confirmation email and my husband went to the store. The ever so helpful associate proceeded to tell my husband that my items (youth t-shirts) were NOT sold in store and that it would be 2 days before they even came in. This obviously contradicted both of the confirmation emails. So my husband called me to let me know, at which point I asked if he could please just go to the boys department and grab the two items that I was 100% sure they carried in store. Did the employee have anything to say about her outright lie and lack of customer service? Of course not. That would've required effort on her part. Reason #5699765 why I won't step foot in this store again. Target is worth my time and money.

This is probably the worst Walmart in Kansas City area.you can show up in the middle of the day and the shelves aren't stocked.i live in Belton but I shop at the Walmart in harrisonville.way better store buy far.more variety and cleaner.it's a really short drive.i would suggest people in raymore and Belton to shop the Walmart in harrisonville.the only reason I gave them one star is that you can't write a review without one.

This store has very rude people working for them. Every time I go there no one says anything to me. I though that Walmart is supposed to be a friendly place to go to shop. I guess that Walmart has false advertising.

This place is dirty. Management here is incompetent, inept, They never have enough cashiers or unloaders, They need to hire more people and have more cashier lanes open. This place is a ridiculous retail store that I ever worked for and as A customer. Honestly, I'm glad that I had quit working for them.

They need to change the plastic wrap that's on the Great Value Purified Drinking water. It's too thin. When you pick up the case (from the sides), the plastic rips. The price is great - $3.50 for 35 bottles.
