Went there on Sunday to get some money that was sent to me for an emergency. It was after 6pm and money center was closed but normally you would be able to go to customer service to make a transaction like that after hours but they said they could not do that and we had to find another Walmart where the money center was still open. This was so inconvenient, maybe a few employees need to be trained on doing this type of transaction from the customer service desk after hours.

40% of the store is locked up, way understaffed and not trained. Not worth the time spent. Could've had prime deliver faster Lmfao.

I love Walmart. What can I say. But this is a nice one. I come everytime I visit the area. It's busy but well organized and always have items in stock.

I received such great service a couple of days ago - even though Raymore Walmart was fairly busy that afternoon. MINA in Customer Service & Returns rocked it on my 2 million returns from the last 3 months. And, KATIE in the curbside department was so pleasant and sweet as well. THANK YOU Walmart for hiring great people!

I was labeled a thief when I ring myself up for 5 gallon refills at the self checkout. There were like 5 options and the only refill option their was rung up for $2.30. The rude Hispanic employee (Rolando or something like that) asked for my receipt and assumed I rung myself up for the cheaper option. There wasn't another option to even begin with. I kept telling them to bring out the manager and they kept sending different Team leads. I called HR when I exited the store for her to call me a thief. ITS NOT THE CUSTOMERS JOB TO MAKE SURE WHAT GETS RUNG UP MATCHES THE PRICE TAG ON THE SHELF. Please find another store to go to if you're a minority.

Always out of cilantro these days, not sure what the deal is but it’s annoying. Not as clean as it used to be and more and more crowded. Shelves don’t stay stocked. My pickup experience is still good but I go early in the morning. When I have to go in the store it’s a struggle.
