The meat was very hard, the taste very unsavoured and it was supposed to be ribeye but it didn’t look like it was. Service is very slow not to be busy, people not doing anything. Another server came to take order. Only 2 servers working no at the door to seat you.a

I had an absolutely horrible experience today at my local Applebees. Staff were eating over our food and drinks , not practicing health protocols, playing in each others hair then serving us food. Very loudly talking about me when I sent my food back for that reason. Management couldn’t control the staff AT ALL. We have all of this on video footage. It took over 20 mins for us to receive water and we didn’t get silverware until we asked even after receiving food. After speaking with management our concerns were not escalated or even addressed . I left after paying almost $50 for a mediocre meal , below subpar service , & the concern that my meal may have been tampered with due to the unruly and unhappy kitchen staff. There were no apologies , nothing was comped , not even a coupon for our next visit . TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. From the lack of uniforms , the staff all over horse playing but no one working , unsanitary practices this was just 0/10.

I’m not one to leave reviews and don’t have high hopes for Applebees. But, I was hoping for at least some silverware and napkins… unfortunately after our food arrived the waiter told us they ran out of silverware and napkins. As for the atmosphere it consisted of a waiter yelling at another employee.

Waited over 20 minutes and no one even came to take our drink order. IT WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL..... 5 to 6 normal size tables and I counted 6 staff people.

Sorry to say the Applebees chain should probably take their name off this location. Dined in for dinner was about to leave after food took about 1 1/2 hours to arrive. The overall feel was bad seemed dirty windows filmed over floor dirty, needs a complete remodel. They were turning people away telling them it was over an hour wait even though most of the restaurant was empty. Just sad since there really is not much in Raytown.

Waitress was great. She did a great job. Took a few minutes to get waited on. Other than the wait at the beginning it was good.

This place is no good. We had 3 kidd under 6. Waited over 1hr 1/2. The waiter said manager was going to discount our meals. We got a .99 cent potato and .99 cent fry for free. Will never go back there

The place needs some TLC, to say the least!The owner must be very wealthy, and truly does not care about his or her investments!I’m surprised it still exists!Staff truly runs the place, as they see fit!It smells bad, the music isn’t across the board..I would truly hate for it to close down.I visited this past Saturday. No one was there the greet the patrons at the door. It reminded me of a run down club!!

If i could give 0 stars I would. We were seated at a table that had food all in the seats so we had to sit ourselves at a different booth. Our waitress whom never gave us her name couldn't seem to remember anything from our drinks to our order. It took us 27 minutes from the time we got seated to just get a water. A guest in my group ordered a smoothie and received it in a dirty cup. About 10-15 minutes after that we were finally able to order our food. But when she came to the table she stood there in front of our table on her phone and wouldnt answer any questions until she finished. When asked if she was on her phone her response was “ I am, I have a 3 year old” when asked to speak with a manager multiple times we were told he was handling some “big business” in the back and couldnt come out to speak with us. The waitress then asked if we wanted to switch waiters since we had an issue with her. This location is very unprofessional from management down to waiters. I highly don’t recommend at all. As they do not care about their customers. We left as we will not spend money where we are not welcomed.
