Always hesitate when raking my kid out and into a physical location because "customer service " has changed from what it used to be. Yet, 2 days ago, the counter worker single-handedly changed my hesitation into joy!She allowed my son to order his meal, which isn't easy for him. Her ability to interact with him directly was JUST the experience we hoped to have. She was kind, patient, and even wrote his name on the paper king hat (allowing him to spell his own name to her).To end it all, he was called by name to get his food order in hand and make him feel like an enabled child; not dis-abled. He is still wearing his paper hat proudly thanks to this great experience and wants to earn more good work days so he can return again soon.Sadly, wish I had asked for her name... for now, I'll call her Blessing!

Food and service was excellent today! The drive thru line went quickly. The employees were very pleasant. The food was cooked, prepared, and packaged very well. Absolutely nothing negative about my trip to Burger King that day.

Didn't get a cheeseburger I ordered. THEN GOT CHARGED FOR EXTRA PICKLES I NEVER GOT AND ON THE 4 OTHER WOPPER JRS. I GOT 2 PICKLES. So don't waste ur time when they tell I only charged you this but your receipt says otherwise(.)

This location LITERALLY THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME BECAUSE I MADE A COMMENT THEY DIDNT LIKE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULDNT TAKE MY ORDER. And you ate going to call the cops because I won't move because YOU REFUSE TO TAKE MY ORDER BECAUSE I CALLED YOU SLOW?????????????? ARE YOU SERIOUS??????????? The experience that I just had here was very insulting to me and my family I will never eat here again let alone come here for anything, the night manager disrespected me, and then turned around and told me that I couldn’t get my food after various occasions of trying to reason with her they would not provide me a corporate number or franchise number as she says so I had to physically look for it, and search this information up on my own from here on out, I refuse to come to this Burger King

I went up there with codes for them to enter and could not enter the codes to get my meals out of discount price that I work for an earned they couldn't find anyone who could help them it was a complete mess and I was out food gave them code gave them pin gave them everything that was required still could not enter it to get my discount. I can't say that I'm surprised it is a Burger King after all clearly no Geniuses were there.

I've always had a great experience with this location, regardless of how busy it is they've always been rather quick and very respectful. I will normally go out of my way in order to get my food from this location over any others in the KC Metro
