“I appreciate the towels and vacuums. It's a car wash, man. If I want more detailed cleaning, I'd do it myself in my driveway or go to the self wash stalls. But, I am in the Midwest, and I need the undercarriage cleaned after the snow and salt.”

“Been coming to this oil change place and carwash for years now and today made me question if I should continue. Levon, whom changed my oil was absolutely ignorantly going to over fill my oil if I wasn't paying attention. I literally had yo say something to him. Then, he hands me my remaining oil completely dripping and covered in oil. Completely discussed with his work ethic and behavior. Other employees whom i see regularly all already know. Robert was kind enough to make sure everything under my truck was done correctly but honestly if i pull up next time and that guy is working I will 110% go somewhere else. George (the manager) is good to work with as well, some people tho should stick to flipping burgers.UPDATE. 9-7-23Spoke with george today and he informed me that boy is outta here!.Thats unfortunate for him but atleast nobody else has to worry if the oil was changed propertyits not the hardest job on the planet, some people am I right???”
