This Casey's has empty pizza racks more often than any other Casey's I've ever been to. If they were the norm Casey's wouldn't be a good choice. So disappointing that I have to drive to Independence to get pizza. I hope management improves this or I hope Casey's replaces the MANAGEMENT 😡

Online states they’re open but just standing at the counter looking stupid when you pull on the door. Hopefully they edit their hours if they’re not open.

Ordered 2 pizzas and the lady in back tooK over a hour and still could not pull it off. Later they called saying it would be free. Once we got there they said NOPE THEY HAD TO CHARGE US FOR ONE. SERIOUSLY SET THERE AND TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME WHILE STUFFING HER FACE WITH A CHEESE BURGER AND THE GREASE RUNNING DOWN her face. I walked out.

I don't know what it is about this location, but they are always out of something. The fountain station is either a mess and half the selections are out of service or they don't have medium cups/lids. Good customer service would offer the next size up for the price of the size you're out of. Not tell you that they will go look out back and make you wait. For a convenient store you're lacking a little. I did appreciate the effort, but order enough pop, you run out way too often. I am addicted to your mountain dew! It's not your high gas prices that keep me coming back.

Went to Casey’s to get gas & the new person untrained was using register. Pressed the wrong button and error register. Card got charged for over 70 bucks, they called the manager and she said to swipe my card again even though I showed them the transaction taking from bank. She said the money will come back…. Called & was told it now will hold for two weeks with no access to that money. Good thing I left as if it happened again which manager didn’t care if it did or not then I’d have $140 bucks on hold with no gas or cigarettes for week. This place does not care about customers & management is a joke. I have attached a picture. Also if you read other reviews the same thing has happened to other customers here. It’s not the customers fault that their cashiers have no training or their system can’t refund.Also, the manager shouldn’t lie saying funds will return soon when it’s a two week hold.

My tire went flat and this is the first shop off the exit I found. Ladies immediately approached and told me they seen my flat told me hang around as long as I need to. Offered me a drink from the fountain. Fresh hot pizza while I waited for AAA. Thanks for that love I needed it.Long day!

Love this Casey’s! I work close by so I’m in here all the time and the ASM, LeKesha, has the best attitude. She’s always smiling and has wonderful customer service skills! :)
