I have never left a review for a store but my experience here today was horrible. I came in with my wife at around 3:15 to grab a slice of pizza and as soon as we open the door the woman at the counter screams at us to leave because she is the only one there. We stood there in shock for a second because there was only one customer in the store. We left as she demanded. After we walked out she stood in the door with her arms angrily crossed. The situation was uncalled for unnecessary and made us very uncomfortable. We won’t be back to this location.

Went in thier Sunday morn waited for iver a minute at the counter. Finally a manager came out with her paperwork. I stood ther while she did her paperwork in front of me at the counter. I finally said will you please help me. She continues to highlight her paper work . She was sooo rude never go back. You lost a customer. The customer comes first

I gave all five star reviews to most places I had to wait 10 minutes to get ice here. It wasn’t a line. They just lock everything up. I’m going to Hy-Vee or Quiktrip next time down the street.

If I could give - stars I would this store NEEDS to get it together!!!! Understaffed at night and they loose or let go of all of the good people they have I would NOT recommend !!!

The new manager here has improved the overall quality of the store by leaps and bounds. I am a regular customer here and go a couple times a day for a fountain drink and maybe a snack. I like the employees that consistently show up, they are awesome (there's always new hires that don't last). The only thing I would say needs attention is they need to fix the computers very urgently. I have personally seen customers walk out because the register froze up or doesn't work. Hopefully this review gets seen and gets the hardworking employees some new computers. Cya around!

What is it about places closing their restrooms? If I can’t use the restroom, I’m not buying gas there and I’m not getting food there. I don’t have time to make 2-3 stops. Very frustrating

Rarely has breakfast pizza out in the morning and if you ask the people to make one they’re either rude or tell you they can’t because some excuse. Terrible place for pizza better to use it just for gas bc you don’t have to go inside for that. I’ll just go down the road to blue ridge Casey’s if I want pizza.

I went in at 7pm on Saturday night. No pizza at all and was told they don't sell lottery tickets after a certain time. She didn't know what time it was and couldn't give me an answer as to why. The jackpot is a record 1.2 billion and you're not selling lottery tickets

I was excited to hear the mini Mart would be a Casey's, Not no more, I tried the gas pumps before the were a " Casey's look", that was a certastify, pumps not working properly. Then I would go in for coffee, not bad, but then I went in for gas one day, I get a with holding charge of 150.00, did not have, so it took every thing I had in my account. Now just tonight I go buy a pack of cigarettes and your credit/debit does not work. Not a customer any more!! HORRIBLE!!
