We have used Clarks in the past and have always been very happy with the service they provide. Our latest visit was no different. We purchased a dishwasher and the salesman was very helpful throughout the process. Delivery scheduled for the next day! Installation went smoothly, and the installers were very nice. Will definitely use them again when the need arises!

Fridge started losing it's cool Sunday night about 10:30pm which is super ideal with 2 kids who will need breakfast. Frantically trying to shop online at the usual suspects and none of them could even get me a new refrigerator until Friday at the earliest??? One wasn't available until October a good 3 months away. Most were the first or second week in August. Let's try a local appliance store. From the time we walked in until the Fridge was expertly delivered by a very pleasant guy (I add this because the heat index today was over 100°) it was all about us and what we needed. They had us up and running with our new unit in 5 hours. Was updated several times on the arrival and when it would be delivered and everyone was genuinely concerned I was able to leave for work this afternoon on time. This should be everyone's 1st stop not their last resort. Highly recommend.

The staff at Clark's are so personable. They really listen to your wants and needs before trying to sell you something. I have purchased a dishwasher and washer/dryer set from them. When it's time to get a new appliance, I will always go to Clark's.I also love how connected they are. If you're in need of repairs, new counter tops, anything they know who to call. I appreciate their referral network. Everyone they've told me about has been the best.

These people don’t know how to talk to customers. I want to buy a microwave with money, here’s the measurements for the cabinet, can you help me to buy one? Nope, seriously? I talked in circles with this guy for 5 minutes and he seemed irritated. If you own a store, don’t be surprised if people call and want to make a purchase. I thought that was a good thing ??Update: just got off the phone with GE and ordered my microwave after talking to a “helpful “ representative and it will be delivered to the front door. Awesome service!

I got a part and it was bad. I got bad attitude and questioning my technicians about whether they knew what they were doing. I got told to call another technician they knew and pay a service call to prove that that part was bad. Won't do business there again.

They replaced a washer for us through our landlord. Kept in good contact, showed up right when they were supposed to be here and were in and out as quickly as could be asked. Definitely recommend based on my experience.
