“My best suggestion is to call ahead if you need to speak with an Apple product support person about any Apple product! They’ll make an appointment for you over the phone which can save you the time and frustration of waiting or trying to leave to get things done and hoping you get back on time.We thought we were having technical issues with our Apple TV box. I took the box & remote down to the store on the Plaza. I did have to wait over 1.5 hours for an appointment as a walk-in (definitely call ahead).When I did receive assistance, Nathan and Chris immediately went to work plugging my box into their monitor. It worked right away for them. Instead of just saying “nothing is wrong have a nice day”, they performed troubleshooting to ensure that they didn’t miss anything.I was glad I brought the remote because that was the ultimate problem….easy fix! They showed me how to access the battery charge level by going into a specific place in the Apple settings. Since there’s no indicator light on the remote, we hadn’t known how to check it. We’d been charging it enough to function, but not to the full 100%.To make absolutely certain everything was truly working correctly, they set up a phone appointment with the tech guys for later in the evening. We followed the steps recommended by Chris & Nathan and we were back working like new again. By the time we received the tech call, all was working and we are happy customers with ALL the Apple support we received.~ Thanks again to Nathan & Chris for outstanding customer service and support!”
“I utilized the Independence, MO Office Depot in attempt to make copies/scans of construction plans from a commercial building that was built in 1975. The plans were not in great shape. Billy was the employee who worked on my order. He worked on it for a few minutes then indicated that he would like to keep them for a day or two in order to not be rushed and not damage the plans any further. Billy called the next day, he had them scanned and printed perfectly with no further damage. This was a tough job and I appreciate Billy's great effort to provide the best service possible.”

He said that he had a friend who knew a guy...Jason is the guy! I took my laptop in yesterday morning.
