CVS is a busy pharmacy that offers COVID-19 testing for eligible individuals, with some locations providing lab and rapid tests. During peak times, wait times can be long, especially at the pharmacy window, which has been reported as slow and sometimes lacking attentive service. The drive-thru window has been closed for about two weeks, causing inconvenience for many customers. Despite these challenges, some staff members stand out for their helpfulness. One pharmacy worker is highly appreciated for taking control of customer service and handling multiple tasks efficiently, making a positive impression. Another staff member, Nikki, was praised for her kindness and patience, especially when helping a customer find medication for a child and navigating insurance issues. The pharmacy team works hard and moves quickly to serve customers, though the store itself is not heavily stocked. Overall, while service quality varies, dedicated staff members provide helpful and caring assistance, making the experience better for many customers.
Associates I’ve come in contact with have been nice and helpful. Not many CVS store in my area. I do feel as though this location doesn’t have as much merchandise as others in suburban areas. I haven’t had a bad experience so I will continue to shop this location.
