I went through drive thru ordered a large chocolate shake. Sat in drive thru for 25 minutes when I decided to just leave. The service at this location is so bad and this is not the first time I've experienced this. I live in raytown and will not go back to this dairy Queen again. They should close this location or train and hire a staff that can do the job. Taking my business elsewhere.

RUDE and DISGUSTING customer service /atmosphere. Foods always cold/old or your ice cream is watery with barely any toppings or good portions of any other mix ins. If you want to waste your money on terrible food and be MOCKED straight up disrespected at the drive thru order menu let alone in person at the window by all means this is the place to go. Save your time and money just go somewhere else.

So I order a chocolate cookie dough blizzard and was told they can't do that so u can't add cookie dough and chocolate to your blizzards anymore or the people running the place don't understand or comprehend how to make American food.

They'd had customers who had spilt and entire drink on 2 of the tables and all over the floor and it was drying, there were no clean tables, and the bottled water was hot bc they just left it on a tray with our order under the heat lights- how did they not notice it being Very Warm when handing it to my husband? Food was O-K, definitely not too accommodating or friendly. Will not be returning, which is too bad since they are near our home.

Poor and extremely slow service, workers looking very miserable and don’t even acknowledge your presence. You almost always have to wait long for service when there’s several workers just walking back and forth speaking amongst themselves in their native language. Very rude.
